Platform Use Terms

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out how the NorthEdge AI platform may be used. They explain the rights and obligations of you, the user, and the platform operator. Review them before accessing the platform, creating an account, or making a transaction. Your use of the platform creates a legally enforceable agreement between the parties.

When you register, sign in, use any platform function, or otherwise interact with NorthEdge AI, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use in full. The service is available only to adults who are at least 18 years old. Minors and people without legal capacity are not permitted to use it. If age cannot be confirmed, we may limit, suspend, or close the account.

Service availability may be affected by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our reasonable control, including unusually intense market activity or high server demand. We take reasonable measures to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. NorthEdge AI may change, introduce, or remove features, algorithms, fees, or market access without giving rise to a claim against the platform.

Materials made available through the platform—including written content, images, layouts, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and AI-generated analysis—are protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights owned by NorthEdge AI or its licensors. Without prior written authorization, you may not copy, distribute, publish, or use these materials commercially. Violations may lead to civil or criminal proceedings.

You are required to submit accurate, complete, and current information, including identification, contact, and payment details. False, outdated, or incomplete information may lead to account limitations, withdrawal holds, or legal proceedings. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, supported by appropriate security and transparency practices.

You bear sole responsibility for every investment or trading decision made through NorthEdge AI, whether entered manually or generated through AI automation, and you accept the associated risks. NorthEdge AI provides technology and market-access tools only; it does not provide personalized financial advice, recommendations, or profit guarantees. Shares and cryptocurrencies may fluctuate substantially, and you may lose your entire investment. Previous results are not a dependable indication of future performance. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be revised from time to time to reflect legal requirements, platform changes, or evolving market conditions. When reasonably possible, we will usually give at least 14 days’ notice before revisions take effect through email, an in-platform notification, or a website announcement. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If a material change is introduced, you may elect to close your account.

We aim to provide clear processes and safeguards that support account protection. These can include up-to-date encryption, routine monitoring, segregated client-fund arrangements, and comprehensive KYC/AML checks designed to support security and compliance. Account actions and transactions are logged in a clear, traceable manner. We strive to treat users fairly and communicate openly, recognizing the role of trust in the service.
